Capitol Jazz Club and Tapas Bar

Last night we got dressed up and went out to a newer place in town, Capitol.  It is a tapas restaurant, and jazz club, and we've been wanting to check it out for a while.

We made reservations online, and asked to be seated closest to the band.

The tapas are all reasonably priced, and good-sized portions.  We started with the ribs and the mushroom toasts.

These two dishes were absolutely incredible.  We would order these again, and again.  Perfection.  We waited a little while, and then ordered duck crepes.

This dish was okay, but not as good as the first two.

Next up were the potatoes.

They were really good.

Finally we had an ice cream sandwich, which was great!

The atmosphere in this restaurant is fantastic, and it's great for a date night.  The prices are good - for five tapas, and five drinks, the bill came to $105 ... not bad!  We were both full by the end of the evening.  The live jazz music really added to the experience.  We had such a fun evening!

How was your weekend?  What did you do?

Yum! Those tapas look awesome! And I like how the portion sizes weren't too small. Sounds like a fun night! We had an awesome weekend visiting friends in Boston. It went by so fast!!
